The same standards apply to a yacht’s data architecture, the owner’s app, and the remote-access path back to the boat. We do not learn data protection on your hull. We have been doing this for fifteen years across industries where the consequences of getting it wrong are catastrophic.

From the payment platform: the discipline of mission-critical uptime. When a payment system goes down, money stops moving. When a yacht control system goes down at sea at 2am, lives can be at risk. The patterns are not interchangeable but the operating posture is: redundancy is a default, safe-mode fallback is a requirement, observability is non-negotiable, and good enough is not a standard you ship.
From the hospitality platform sold to Robotina: the architecture of operator-owned systems. Brand-invisible deployment. Full IP transfer at handover. Decade-long maintainability. From the cybersecurity practice: the discipline of regulated data. A yacht’s owner app touches sensitive personal data, geolocation, biometric access, financial credentials. We treat that data with the same rigour we apply to a healthcare client’s patient records. Most yacht-tech platforms treat owner data the way consumer apps did in 2014. We do not.
From the industrial OT and IoT work: the security of machine identity. When a maintenance technician’s phone unlocks a hatch on a €30M yacht, the cryptographic chain behind that action has to be as rigorous as the one securing a turbine substation. That is the work we already do.
